Mad Hatter Auto Repair

I was recommend by a family friend to come to Mad Hatter Auto Repair for a potential custom repair. Everyone was very friendly and communicative, and the system they have set up to walk you through the inspection they’ve done on your car was super easy to understand as someone who isn’t knowledgeable about cars. They did the inspection the same day I dropped off my car, and said they could fix it same day which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend coming here to get your car looked at and repaired.

It was a great and positive experience. My van was in the shop for 2 days, so I was offered to take there van as a complementary service. The only inconvenience was, that van was very very dirty inside. The inspection was emailed, brakes done. Thank you.

I had an exhaust rattle and issue with the exhaust on my 2017 Raptor that neither the dealer techs nor other muffler shops were able to diagnose correctly and fix but the guys here did. They were so thorough and honest and as a part of their process they did a multi point inspection and found a leaking axle boot that is fortunately covered under warranty. To top it all off, they covered my Lyft ride home when I dropped the truck off and the entire crew seems meticulous and respectful and they communicated clearly and promptly.

Great understanding and customer service. Robbie and Ashton are great ! Worked well with me and made payment arrangements. Very accommodating with any concerns or isues that I needed resolved.

Had work done my exhaust and they did a great job. I cannot recommend them enough. They treated my car with care and explained what caused the issue and resolved it in a no time at all. Will be doing more business. Thanks again Mad Hatter and shout out to Ashton at the front desk.
