Got a free oil change from a raffle. They were quick and convenient in and out. Said my brakes were bad. No biggie I can do that but i appreciate the heads up.

I mentioned when dropping it off I thought it might be the transfer case, but I don't know. He calls me later that day and confirms the transfer case. 2 day wait, pick up the car and there is no improvement at all. The exact same whining sound when accelerating. I take it back, test drive with the mechanic and he says "oh, I fixed the wrong sound". They give me a loaner car, busted up old mini suv with the engine light on that stalls at red lights. Calls me back the next day, and politely explains that they used my warranty value and they need an additional $4700 to actually fix the problem. Then they lied about the contents. Great people, got my van in for an oil change at a really great price! After it was done, they even had a list of things that was wrong with her that the mechanic visually saw wrong (pretty much a free and basic diagnostics). Everything they had mentioned I was more or less aware of, and they never talked about asking if I wanted to repair it, they never got pushy, and they never spouted out repair prices unless I asked. This had me leaving feeling very confident, both in their services+business and in knowing whats up with my vehicle. 10/10, will definitely return again!

My oil cooler went out on my car. Auto Medic staff were professional with quality service. Auto Medic staff provided a tow truck to transport my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Always the absolute best choice in a shop. They actually care about fixing your vehicle and doing the right thing. I'll never have a bad thing to say! Travis and Bob are the best, mechanics are quailty and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and communicate with you without a run around like dealerships or other corporate shops (Firestone, Jensen, etc) i appreciate you guys always!
