Victory Auto Repair

Went here because they were on the list for our warranty but will not be returning for any future needs. Zero communication and did unapproved repair! Verified multiple times that my repair would only take one day, even dropped off the afternoon before the scheduled day. They never called to update me on what they found even after I called them in afternoon to check in they said they didn’t know yet. 15 min before closing while on my way to pick up I call multiple times and finally get someone to pick up the phone and they say it won’t be ready due to WiFi issues in the shop. The three times we’d been inside they had complained of WiFi issues each time. When I pick up the vehicle the re…

I've given these people, $4400.00 for an engine swap $1700.00 for a rack and pinion job and $1938.00 for fuel pump, fuel pressure sensor an crank case whatever an I was back there AGAIN today with a diesel leaking out of my truck. Now, it's my fuel rail gasket so they say, kept my truck for a month, "very nice people" but the ability to repair an timeliness is unacceptable.. I'm not HAPPY, nor will I bring my vehicles back to them

I would give them zero stars if possible. They have had our car for 6 weeks and have not done anything to fix it except lie about saying they would fix it. The car is under warranty and when we verified with the warranty company that the next steps have been approved we found out they were approved on 11/18. Today is 12/17 and nothing has been done. When we attempted to move the car to a different service provider they would not release it. I would never take my car here again and would never recommend anyone else take their car here.

They got my vehicle in day of AND repaired same day! Professional and honest hardworking family vibes. Does the work that is needed and won't guess and fix things that might not need it. Was a pleasant experience and will use them again in the future! They even gave me a ride to my home when i dropped off my van! Best experience with a garage i've ever had.

They fit me in same day, were very friendly, showed me the work before starting, explained the issue, nice lobby to wait in. The work was value for the money, a really nice auto garage that is a gem for Omaha, do not overlook this shop! A+
