If there was a negative rating, I would have given a negative rating as well, this guy named Roy, guess he’s the manager, is the most rude guy I have ever spoken to. He was so disrespectful, at first when I called him, he asked us to drop by the store to take a look, we were an hour far away from Omaha so insisted on sending pictures, which he never replied to. So went all the way from Nebraska city to Omaha, only to be told that he doesn’t wanna deal with American cars. Such a racist and he was very money minded as well. It was a terrible experience. Never would recommend this place to anyone.

Roy is very skilled, but, even more importantly, he is extremely honest. I get panicked whenever I have to take a car for repairs because most places are not very trustworthy, so it is great to find a shop and an owner that I can trust.

This is the best experience I've ever had with someone working on my car. He's very helpful and reasonably priced. I will recommend anyone come here for the help you need. Thanks Roy!!!!

Best place to go if you need any welding work done. Just got my inner wheel well done by Roy and he was very professional and proud of his work. He's humble and does a GREAT job. His jobs are neatly finished so they look like they've never had to be replaced! I definitely recommend him.

Pathetic customer service. Guy name Roy gave me a price, I asked him if he can go any lower and he said now he doesn't want to do that and hangup. I called again, he said that he doesn't want to do work on my car...Take it somewhere else. I told him that i'll pay what you are asking but now he isn't interested. Han up my call like 3 times and won't respond to text message. Great customer service skills and business knowledge.
