Omaha Transmission

Transmission went out in one of our work vans. Took it to dealer and estimate was astronomical. Went to Omaha Transmission on a recommendation. Quoted a fraction of dealership price and have an outstanding warranty with it. This is the spot!

Had my transmission rebuilt 1,000 miles ago at a different shop, that had been in business decades, but went out of business due to Covid. My Dodge Ram started having difficulty shifting 1 - 2, and 2 - 3. Immediately worried that it was a worst-case scenario. They found it was just a rusty link, they cleaned and lubed the link and the truck shifts like a champ. Definitely would recommend, and ladies they treated me with respect.

I had my filter changed and fluid swapped in October, my truck started leaking transmission fluid and I noticed it last week. They got me in in two days, free diagnostic, a separate control part had failed and they replaced it only charging the price of the part, fluid and a half hour of labor when it was easily more than two hours of work. These guys are great! My Jeeps transmission decided to, without warning, go out the day before Thanksgiving. Grrr! My husband called the following Monday and the gentleman that answered the phone was kind, courteous and inquisitive (much different experience calling a competitor.) We got my Jeep there that week. They were busy and squeezed us in. I got my baby back right after Christmas. They worked with us through the crazy holiday’s and were great to do business with. A Great honest business with great service. I thought my 87 Corvette need a new transmission. They found it was the governed was bad. Replaced the part at an affordable price. Very happy and will recommend them to everyone.
