Christian Brothers Automotive Omaha

My first time using CBA based on recommendation of a friend. They were able to quickly get me in for the repair. They kept me updated about the progress and were not pushy when they discovered some additional maintenance that was needed. I really liked the digital diagnostics videos they provided. I will go back again!

these people are complete trash.... my mom went in to have her starter on her truck replace..... let's keeping mind this is a older truck and the starter is fairly easy to replace. dealership said it is a 2 hour job. they charged her 700.00$.... (((the ford dealership quoted her 400.00$ to replace the starter..when i said we would have it towed else where. they said they had already started the work and it was to late to stop. on top of that the starter only cost 120.00$ at auto zone )))))added services to the bill she didn't ask for.... than tried to tell her that they wouldn't let her leave until they replace her rear brakes. there are 6 months easy left on those brakes.... …

Very professional and attentive crew here. They do free inspections with each service which is very helpful, customer service is great. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because I've had numerous occasions where the person handling my car services was very pushy with recommending additional fixes or services. I understand wanting more business, but it gets irritating when I repeatedly tell them exactly what I want done and they keep trying to push more services.

This was my first experience with Christian Brothers and it far exceeded my expectations. Zach and Jacob are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The mobile text breakdown/video provided by the service tech that explained step by step of his work and what he found was outstanding. Nothing like I’ve experienced before. That says a lot, coming from a guy that’s been in the automotive industry over 35 years. I would definitely recommend your shop to everyone.

5 Stars guys for the excellent above and beyond service. I normally do my own mechanics, but due to a knee replacement and pain I chose this one to be outside. Bible based. Free drinks. Very clean place. Great customer service. Pictures and diagnostics text to you so you’re totally upfront with the issue, also check breaks, shocks, transmission oil to make you feel safe. Bottom line, when go outside for my mechanic needs, Christian Brothers will be my first pick. I also highly recommend based on my experience today. Thank you and God bless this business
