After being given the run around at Woodhouse Ford & their Quik Lane, we stopped here knowing Mike would tell us frankly what needed to be done. He said he could take care of it and he did! Along with repairing what the other 'mechanics' did to mess up my car. His price was fair, competitive and they did a great job! Mike and his Midtown Auto crew are my hero's and if I could, I would give them 10 stars!

I've gotten my oil changed here a few times since moving back to Omaha. Twice now, I have called down to Midtown Auto to see if I could bring my car in to have them check something out, each time was last minute and for obvious reasons, they didn't have the time for any sort of in depth assessment. However, I spoke with Michael both times who was able to talk me few a couple of quick fixes and offered his thoughts on what it could be and how to go about handling it. Not only has this saved me money, but it's made me more confident in tackling some of these car projects on my own. I was involved in a car crash and this shop took care of me right from the start, even asking if I was okay when I called to see if they could get me in. They took my car in right away and were extremely kind and helpful, especially with me anxiously asking a bunch of questions! They finished the car one day ahead of the quoted time and saw to it that I could pick it up even after they had closed.
